Tiana is a visionary leader, passionate dance educator, and proud San Leandro native who has dedicated her career to inspiring and empowering the next generation of dancers. As the Owner and Artistic Director of DC Dance Center, she has created one of San Leandro's most dynamic and beloved dance studios known for its dynamic fun dance class, empowering environment, and strong sense of community.

Tiana’s dance journey began at the age of five, right here at DC Dance Center. Trained and mentored under the studio’s original founder, Debbie Cabral, she grew from student to seasoned performer, dancing with several respected Bay Area companies and teaching in schools and studios across the region. Her roots in DC Dance run deep, and after stepping into ownership, she brought a renewed spark, fresh perspective, and an unshakable love for dance, youth empowerment, and community connection.

With over a decade of experience in dance education and youth development, Tiana blends technical excellence with heart-led leadership. DC Dance offers a full spectrum of programs, from early childhood movement classes to competitive teams that perform across the region. Under her guidance, countless dancers have grown not only in skill but in confidence, discipline, and self-expression. Her programs emphasize discipline, artistry, and joy, while fostering a studio culture rooted in support, belonging, and high standards.

Beyond the studio, Tiana is a community advocate. She is deeply committed to creating opportunities for families to connect through the arts, organizing performances, community events, and outreach initiatives that celebrate culture, creativity, and togetherness.
